1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using KleverEngage ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
KleverEngage provides a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform. The Service includes, but is not limited to, tools for lead management, email marketing, SMS marketing, and analytics.
3. User Account
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KleverEngage, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
